US state privacy laws — the CCPA/CPRA in California, and comparable statutes in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and elsewhere — require specific disclosures. Those are set out here, supplementing our Privacy Policy.
Rights Under Applicable Law
Rights available include access — knowing what is held and why — correcting inaccuracies, requesting deletion, receiving a portable copy, and the right to opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising. Where state law provides an appeal against a denied request, that is open to you too. Using these rights costs you nothing and changes nothing about the service you receive.
Categories and Where They Come From
We may handle identifiers (IP, cookie and device IDs), internet and network activity information (which pages of realignhelp.com were requested, and when), and commercial contact data such as an email address where you chose to give one. It originates from your browser and from any analytics or ad partner operating on the site.
Sharing for Advertising
No sale for monetary consideration takes place. Where ads run, though, cookie and advertising identifiers may be shared with ad partners — conduct that CCPA/CPRA and equivalent laws may treat as a ‘sale’ or as ‘sharing’. Opt out at Do Not Sell or Share My Information. Minors under 16 are not knowingly included.
Submitting a Request
Use hello@realignhelp.com for any request under this notice. To opt out you can instead enable Global Privacy Control, which this site detects and respects without further action. Identity is verified through the email address used to write in, replies come within the statutory period, and authorised agents may act with written permission.
